Shipping & Returns

1. YOUR ORDER:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order. We will send you a seperate confirmation email once we accept you order. If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the site.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER BY STUDIO AZZURRA:

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out in our Terms of Service. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

3. CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER:

In case of requests for order cancellations, Studio Azzurra reserves the right to accept or reject those requests for any reason. As part of our usual business practice, we accept cancellation notice only within 48 hrs from date of purchase if the order has not been processed / approved by us. In this case we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However, we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Studio Azzurra reserves the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Studio Azzurra and accept Studio Azzurras decision as final regarding the cancellation.

4. BILLING:

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the VAT. The vat charged shall depend upon the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. Studio Azzurra reserves the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

5. RETURNS:

At "Studio Azzurra" it is possible to return the product if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Simply return the Product(s) to us in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. We will issue a refund of store credits worth the initial amount paid by the customers (excluding original shipping charge) on receipt of the Product in such condition. Please note: We will not accept a used/worn product. Items sold during sale/promotion period will not be returnable.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all "Studio Azzurra" tags intact and still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. The Product, and its condition, are your responsibility until the Product reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost and method of returning the Product to us is your sole responsibility. To return an item, the customer must write to us at support@studioazzurra.net , a prompt response is assured to such mails. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to receive a refund at the sole discretion of Studio Azzurra.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

You can check the current status of your shipment by signing into your account and selecting ORDER HISTORY.

7. DELIVERY:

While buying the product on our Site you will be able to see the delivery period required for a particular product. Studio Azzurra endeavours but does not guarantee to deliver the products to customers within 2-3 weeks from the day of close of sale depending upon the shipping location. Though the approximate time for the delivery is given with each product we do not take the guarantee for the delay caused in the delivery due to natural calamities,inclement weather, was, riot(s), terrorism, strike(s), lock-out(s), trade dispute(s), fire(s), break-down, interruption of transport, government action. The items contained in the invoice will be property of our company until the net amount has been remitted to us. Losses or damages during transit are exclusively buyer risk. This also applies even when the freight is paid by us. Studio Azzurra will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Studio Azzurra reserves the right to make delivery of the goods by installments. If the goods are to be delivered in installments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if Studio Azzurra fails to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the installments. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, Studio Azzurra may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.
